What vitamin am i lackin gor what foods?
Answer:
To paraphrase Freud."Sometimes a cut is just a cut."However, Vitamin C deficiencies are often noticed by a dentist because it shows as bleeding gums and oral lesions well before acute symptoms manifest.
I think a little more information is needed as to the cause of the cut. You can sustains cuts in your mouth simply by eating. You could be having an allergic reaction to something you ate or a medication. Please provide a little more information as to when the cut appeared...what you were doing when you noticed the cut, how long it has been there...if it is bleeding or in the healing process...etc. I don't know of a vitamin that will cause a roof of the mouth cut when you have too little or too much of it.
