What medicine can cure blockheads?

I use alcohol and cotton pads. Have for over 20 years and my skin is squeaky clean. I use pure coconut oil for moisturizing and it does not stain your clothes.

There is no cure for blockheads. If you are talking about blackheads though, the best treatment is cleansing with an antibacterial soap and using some good astringent frequently.
