What is the secret to Longevity?
Answer:
soft bathroom tissue
Being happy with yourself, EVERYTHING in moderation (drink, food, excercise, etc), and good genes?
don't piss me off.
Obey God and keep his Commandment's!
Normally happiness and loving relationships. But if you really ask me, longevity is decided by fate / destiny.
Genetics, fate, and lifestyle. You can't control the first two, but the third is negotiable.
