What kind o supplement powder helps carpal tunnel?
Answer:
B complex vitamins help nerve function, and so do balanced multi-mineral supplements... But really carpal tunnel is a matter of improperly using your arms for too long, and developing a habitual muscle imbalance and inproper position of the wrist.I had really terrible carpal tunnel for many years. I finally went to a chiropractor for something else altogether, and he showed me how to properly stretch and rebalance the muscles of my forearms. I waited too long, and it will never be completely fixed... But it is a whole lot better! If you eat decently and take a multivitamin already, skip the additional supplements and learn to stretch and balance your hands.
I don't know about a powder that helps but Vitamin B6 100 mg 3 times a day helps big time. I have all the symptoms of carpal tunnel and I take that and Vit C . I also will soak a piece of cloth in castor oil and wintergreen essential oil and wrap it around my hand and wrist and then wrap an Ace bandage around it and leave it all night it helps alot!
There are many things, but according to "Prescription For Nutritional Healing" page 276, the ESSENTIAL things include...
Coenzyme Q10
Lecithin
B Complex
Zinc
massage also helps carpal tunnel. I am a massage therapist, and I assure you that massage and stretching can take care of this problem... I see it everyday.
I suggest 2 products
Alfalfa-natural anti-inflamatory
Joint Health Complex:
reduces pain and stiffiness; bone regeneration;nourishes synovial sac between joints
You can use herbs like cramp bark [Viburnum opulus], St. John鈥檚 wort [Hypericum perforatum] and wild yam [Dioscorea villosa]. Acupuncture also helps in carpal tunnel syndrome.
You might consider mangosteen juice an all natural product. A natural anti-inflammatory and cox 2 inhibitor. For more information go to http://mymangosteen.com/bobcathy...
