More like a homeless shelter for a drug addict. I need to find a place free of charge that will take in a middle aged woman to help her recover. Please help. This is URGENT!

contact the local AA and ask them if they know of one.. i know AA is for drinkers but they have NA as well and they may have the number.. also.. you could try the churches.. social services..good luck
